If you wish for your client to come unaccompanied, kindly inform us by phone or email beforehand so we can make a note on your account.

After your order has been approved, our standard lead time is approximately 2 weeks. However, please note that this is an estimate and may vary. For updates on the status of your order, we recommend reaching out directly to your framing designer via email. Once your order is complete, our team will contact you by phone to inform you that it is ready for pick up.

HOME ACCESSORY SPECIAL ORDERS:

For special orders, the lead time typically ranges from 2-4 weeks starting from the date the order is placed, and this may vary depending on the vendor. If you choose to add your special order to our showroom order to save on freight, please note that the wait time may be longer as we only place orders once we meet a certain minimum. If you require your order to be fulfilled more quickly, we suggest placing a solo special order.

CUSTOM ART:

The lead time for custom art is dependent on the chosen artist and the complexity of the artwork. During your intial consultation, your artist will be able to provide you with an estimated lead time

Our wholesale services are exclusively to the design trade. To shop with us, you must have a current sales tax license or shop with someone who has an existing account. We would be happy to help you connect with the appropriate person to allow you to shop with us.
